Chris was commissioned to do this drawing of Chateau Gudanes, Ariege, France by a friend in Hay whose daughter was working there.

Perrot's Solicitor building in Hay

This building was opened by the London Chartered Bank in Hay, NSW in1891. It closed its doors in 1893 and resumed later that year as the London Bank of Australia and later still as the English Scottish Australian Bank Co.

When they departed in 1942 the building was taken over by Goldsborough Mort. Younghusband Ltd and Elder Smith /Goldsborough Mort amalgamated and in 1972 it was sold to Kyle Smith. Barry and Kyle Smith operated here as R.C.McKinney & Co, a stock and station agency until taken over in 1983 by Victorian Producers.

It is now a private residence that runs a Bed and breakfast.
